Indian food

I’m now organised. I’ve bought a spice grinder, I have found a great spice shop nearby and I’ve found ghee….

But at 20F for 500g, it is more expensive than meat!

Still, I got lucky yesterday. I dropped in at the Asian grocery shop a few doors down from the spice shop. Exactly the same ghee, 10F instead of 20. Brilliant. I can afford to buy meat after all.

    • Hang on. We in Geneva have a very multi-cultural society. But it is very balanced, as far as I can tell. Still, in a population of a couple of hundred thousand I’m really impressed at how many Asian/Indian shops there are nearby.
